No I’m serious.  This is the result of FOUR HOURS at a salon with some famous hairdresser.  This is how hopeless her hair is.

In other Britney news, lawmakers in LA are considering implementing “Britney’s Law” which would require paparazzi to stay 20 yards away from celebrities AND would prevent them from making any money on unauthorized photos.   Yikes.  Britney is going to be PISSED about this, considering that she calls the paps in advance to let them know when she’s going to be out and about.
