The Mock Dock

You know, President’s Day became a holiday in 1796 to celebrate the birthday’s of Washington and Lincoln, among other, less popular presidents. I’m sure in 1796, organizers of this patriotic day had no idea that the only way to celebrate in the year 2008 is to buy a luxury sedan or queen sized mattress and box spring set. Sure kids and government employee’s have the day off while the rest of us sit like losers in our cubicles/offices, but hey, they deserve it, right?
