Every night that I have used the pads, I have slept really well. I am on my second box and use one pad per night, so that is over two weeks. I have gone months without even a single good nights sleep, so it is hard to believe the pads are just a placebo effect. I have urinary tract problems, so often when I get up to use the restroom, I can't get back to sleep. With the pads, no problems. The pads never have gotten lighter. They are always quite dark. I have slept awesome with them but not sure if there's anything else going on... mine weren't dark like the picture above but more of a greenish color... The verdict is still out. I tried them, especially since I’m fighting a UTI I thought the lavendar ones smelled OK, but the next morning when you take them off & see the gunk stain left in the pad it smelled like burnt rubber (weird). I ordered from a different company, as the shipping and total cost was much less than the TV version. They also had different "flavors," like "super grapefruit" for "weight loss." The grapefruit did smell better than the other one. I used them all. All 20 of them. There was no discernible change in discoloration or odor of the pads from the first to the last. No change at all. I did not sleep better, I did not have fewer aches and pains, I did not have more energy and I did not lose weight. The only thing that happened was an increasing feeling of being a total chump for wasting $25 on this now-obvious scam. It's a 100% fraud. Pour some warm filtered, purified or distilled water on the pads, and they'll turn just as brown and nasty as the ones on you feet. Mr. Kinoki-san is definately laughing his non-toxic a$$ off...
