This is Natasha Richardson, wife of Liam Neeson (not sure who this dude is she’s photographed with), adjusting her dress in such a way that she completely defeats the whole purpose of adjusting her dress. There is something way more mortifying about this picture than all of the various crotch shots of Britney and Lindsay combined. I think it’s because Natasha Richardson is probably mortified that this shot was ever captured, whereas Lindsay and Britney see these kinds of photos as part of their job description.
Unless I am wrong, the man is Tom Ford, a designer.
