…Ed McFreakingMahon can’t afford his mortgage anymore.  I’m not kidding!  This article  discusses Ed’s financial woes and his possible foreclosure.

He’s like, more than half a million behind on his payments of the 7000 square foot home that he bought in 1990.  Um - shouldn’t someone like Ed McMahon have been able to pay for that house pretty much in cash back in 1990?  And even if he couldn’t, shouldn’t someone like Ed McMahon have been able to pay off a mortage in fewer than EIGHTEEN YEARS?!? 

There’s some speculation that he’s been unable to secure work since breaking his neck a year and a half ago, as if there is an actual logical excuse for him to be out of money.  But he also won some sort of lawsuit back in 2001 for which he received $7 million in damages.  Plus, I feel like it’s a safe assumption that Johnny Carson paid him pretty well back in the day.  Has this man ever heard of a savings account for crying out loud?

Celebrities are dumb.  I LOVE THEM.
