…until she opened her mouth again. I had to post this morning because the bloggers of the world are a-buzz about the Heigler’s new comments. When asked about the upcoming award season, and why her name was not on the TV academy’s list of Emmy contenders, the Mad Katter told the Gold Derby:
“I am truly grateful for the honor that the Academy bestowed upon me last year. I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the Academy organization, I withdrew my name from contention. In addition, I did not want to potentially take away an opportunity from an actress who was given such materials.”
I will allow you to disgest that a moment.

Ok, so first off…I think this is bull. She withdrew?? Doesn’t seem like her style. Her typical style would have been to win the award, because Hollywood sucks, and then complain about winning, and how it was a travesty to acting, blah blah blah. Secondly, this is totally a cop-out, don’t you think? She knew there wasn’t a cold day in hell’s chance of winning, and so she made this self-serving announcement. Hate. Finally, how would you like to be a writer on her show? She completely blamed them for not giving her the script to inspire her great acting ability. Katy, they could give you the part of Lady MacBeth and you would crap it up. Jerk.

You know it’s common for people and actors and actresses to WITHDRAW their nominations from big awards when they don’t feel they were good enough right? I guess if you did a little research you might know that. But then again like most idiotic haters with a jealous outlook towards the celebs you hate on I can see why you would write this moronic albeit highly entertaining malarchey. First off total COP OUT Is wrong because she has been nominated and awarded in the past for the same performance that she has given for three years in a row and for the most part, critics have praised her for her performances. This is HARDLY self serving since she is WITHDRAWING her name. Your blatant contradiction in your idiotic post proves how stupid you truly are. As for the WRITING on the show, only a person who has WATCHED the show would say the same exact thing about the past few season and how it has gone DOWN HILL this season. It’s the writer’s job to actually WRITE a good story line. It’s not because the actress decided to up and suck all of a sudden. Learn a thing or two about Hollywood you ignorant hack.
No Shmoe - there are so many things I want to say to you. But my time is sooooooo much more valuable than your opinion, so I’m going to keep this short.
The best most perfect people to mock are people like you. People who actually spend time DEFENDING hollywood behaviors are even more mockable and pathetic than the celebrities they defend.
