Did you see what I did there? Priceless…I know. This interview happened this morning, and I think it is breaking news. First, I’m sure it’s the first time that a morning program has shown a used thong on air. Also, I’m sure it is the first time a lawyer has explained to the televised audience how underwear is put on.
Just remember, it’s not about the money. He said so. And…she could barely help but roll her eyes when he said it.

Poor Macreeda….we should start a foundation to help raise money for her cause
What do you expect from VS, they are nothing but a bunch of cheap, over=-priced junk!
I HATE these two SO MUCH. People who file these lawsuits should be shot.
So their families would have a reason to sue someone?
Good point, Pris.
How in the heck did she manage to “sling shot” the staple, clip, metallic item with enough force to hit her eye? I can not imagine putting on underwear in such a way that the clip would tear loose (from the fabric) and be accelerated with enough velocity to hit your eye unless one is really doing something strange in the process. We definitely need a re-enactment - then again we probably do not need that visual stuck in our mind
The lawsuit should be tossed on the grounds that she should have gotten a larger size v-string… or at the very least, a more “age appropriate” panty. Eww.
I would like to sue her for ruining my eyes forever by having to see that disgusting cleavage.
Did anybody else picture Rosie Perez’s character from It Could Happen To You with Nichols Cage and Bridget Fonda??
How did Meredith Viera keep a straight face through that interview?
I can’t believe this made it on the NEWS!!! Geez, isn’t there anything better for people to hear about? Death, destruction, etc. etc…, but no, the most exciting thing going was this hefty woman shooting herself in the eye with her thong underwear (which where apparently too small or that wouldn’t have happened). God help the American people. We are the biggest idiots on the planet. No wonder the other countries are laughing at us!!
One news story stated that VS attorneys requested to see the Gstring but were refused access to it. This is nothing more than a ploy by some ambulance chaser to get deep pockets to settle. Ugh! Makes me embarrassed to be an attorney!!!
OK, I have an issue with this woman’s version of “the thong incident.” I looked at the thong, all the while desperately trying to NOT imagine her wearing it, and noticed that the metal decoration is in the back of the thong. Correct? If so, how did this metal staple shoot around to the front and smack her in the eye? I’m just saying…
