Someone allowed Tyra Banks to win an Emmy for “best informative show.” Yes - that Tyra - the one who cannot hold a conversation with anyone without trying to showcase herself in some way. The same person/people allowed Rachael Ray to win an Emmy for “best talk show.”
This is clear cut, incontrovertible proof that the people who decide on the winners of the Emmys do not actually watch the shows for which they vote.
Case in point. Behold below an example of Tyra’s “informative programming.”
So basically the Emmy’s don’t mean anything anymore.
Oh man, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Tyra is such an idiot. Oh, and about “embracing your big fat ass”, yeah, she does not practice what she preaches. My sister’s friends went to a taping of her show (God knows why) and they sat them in the front because they were good looking. The producers also asked them to stay for a second taping because there weren’t many good looking people in the audience. So much for loving yourself for who you are…
Also, I love Joel McHale and him making fun of Tyra makes my day.
