Ok, ok. I have tried to insist that Anne Hathaway is GORGEOUS, and Mockarena and Bunny have continued to insist on the freakishness of her extra large features. I just came across this image, in the new Style magazine. Seriously, while I still think she is beautiful, the nickname BigFeatures Mc FreakFace is so appropriate. Look at those eyes. They go all the way to her ears. Out. Of. Control.
It was Freaky McBigface, actually. But I like BigFeatures McFreakFace even better.
You know what I’ve noticed? You pick photos of her where she’s not showing her horse teeth. So she does look pretty in them, but when she busts out the chops it’s pure horror.
I don’t think Mr. Ed’s…I mean Anne Hathaway’s teeth are that bad.

I think maybe we’ve all gotten used to looking at faces that have had at least one feature altered. People with balanced faces do have features that are in proportion. I can’t think of her name offhand, but there was an actress who became famous with her natural features (large eyes, nose and lips), had plastic surgery to reduce her nose, and has forever changed her face — in the middle of all these Mediterranean features, there’s this tiny, little nose. It looks completely out of place with the rest of her features.
Anne Hathaway may not be beautiful in the conventional sense, but her looks are unique in the celebrity world. I was looking at some celebrity gallery earlier, and it struck me that there’s a good four actresses who could change places with each other and no one would notice.
That actress is Jennifer Grey, from Dirty Dancing, Hatchetwoman. And, I agree that it did not turn out like she had hoped.
I just want to say thanks very much for completely ruining Anne Hathaway for me!!! not really in a bad way, its just now I’m more AWARE of her huge face. I never really gave her a seconds thought, shes cute, she has good red carpet style most the time, but now, NOW all I can think about is her ginormous features. Really, I can’t get past it and I’m amazed I never realized it before. So thanks, you guys. Thanks. I can never look at her the same way. Its like how I loved clam chowder before I found out there are actual CLAMS in there…. ew!
