Sadly, I have a new favorite show. And I wasn’t intending on watching this show…but now I am hooked. “Wipeout” is one of shows in ABC’s new Summer line up. If you were a fan of that crazy Japanese show on Spike, “MXC” (Don’t get eliminated!), you will looooooooove Wipeout. There are so many funny parts from last night’s show - mostly thanks to the host, John Henson. So many in fact that I will share a few a day until next week’s episode where I’m sure more hilarity will ensue. Best. Summer. EVER! Stay tuned.

I’m not going to watch these clips because I TOTALLY tivo’d this to watch tonight (husband was watching baseball which trumped wipeout). I have been SO PSYCHED for this show. And the fact that John Henson, skunkboy himself, is the host? LOVE HIM.
It was actually a lot better than I expected! Or, I should say, John Henson made it a lot better than I expected. Also, my husband telling me, “I could totally do that” kept me amused for the whole show.
My husband I watched it and it was hilarious! We can’t wait for the rest of the season with the new courses and contestants!
This show looks awesome. Did anyone see the very first episode of “Fear Factor”? Many of the contestants were hospitalized. One guy splattered his nose jumping from one speedboat to another, and a woman was bucked off a bull and fell from a horizontal position from about 7 feet high and had to be carried off on a stretcher. The risk management lawyers for the show must have went nuts, because after that….safety harnesses, bungee tethers, and a major shift to eating gross stuff.
