US Magazine is, with the help of Barack Obama, making Scarlett Johansson look like an idiot.
I guess earlier this month, Scarlett was all boasty that she and Barack were email penpals, saying that the two shared a “personal dialogue.” She said, “You’d imagine that someone like the senator who is constantly traveling and constantly ‘on’ - how can he return these personal emails? But he does, and in his off-time I know he also calls people who have donated the minimum to thank them.”
But Barack tells a different story. He said, “…she sent one email to [my assistant] Reggie [Love], who forwarded it to me. I [wrote] saying, ‘Thank you Scarlett for doing what you do,’ and suddenly we have this email relationship,” he explained.
I’m not a rabid Scarlett fan or anything, but would it have killed Barack to let people believe that he exchanged a couple of direct emails with her? I mean, it’s not like she’s someone obnoxious like, say, Michael Moore or anything. She seems pretty harmless as far as political campaigns are concerned.
Oh his reply sounds a rude. Geez it would probably help his image if people thought he actually replied to people personally. As far as I can tell she was trying to compliment him. What an arrogant jerk.
