I think the whole aerodynamic (aquadynamic?) qualities of having the cap actually attached to the suit, just gets lost when it’s pulled up That Far Into CrotchLand.

I’m kinda at a loss for words. Before I looked at the whole thing I just thought it was some of silly swimming outfit, like maybe its easier than putting on an outfit and a cap, I don’t know. But then the whole thing, I really can’t imagine there is any need for a “uniform” this stupid

He is from Finland and I am guessing a triathlete. I did a lot of googling on the olympics to make this discovery because I am totally addicted to the Mock Dock no matter how much they make me puke a little in my mouth…c’mon I dare ya!
