I have to go out of town tomorrow and Friday on account of business, which I like to say because it makes me feel important. But what it really means, practically speaking, is that I have to wake up at like 3.30am to finish packing and stop by my office to fetch all kinds of crap I forgot and get to the airport at a reasonable time.
I’m telling you this for two reasons. First, I would like your sympathy for having to get up so early, and second, I would like to warn you that I won’t be my normal posty self for the next couple days. On account of all the business which I will need to attend to. Because of all of my importance.
You have my deepest sympathies!! I hate having to get up that early for flight because it means that I can hardly sleep all night because I worry that I won’t wake up on time. I arrive at my destination looking like death. But I don’t have a fancy job like yours so I don’t have to this too often

I can’t see the video, but I read about this a few weeks back. I think there had to be more than pot in those brownies (angel dust? PCP?) because pot does not make you lose all sense of reason and trip out, like this guy apparently did. Really, what COP accidentally eats pot brownies and then CALLS 911 because he’s freaking out so badly? If it was just pot in those brownies, he wouldn’t have been able to even make it to the phone because he would be on the couch, laughing and eating junk food and listening to Pink Floyd…
Or watching “The Phantom Tollbooth”… though that’s fun enough without anything in the system.

Anyhow, he had to have been a newbie, or he REALLY actually did eat them on accident, and ALOT of them either way, otherwise he’d know better than to bust himself like that. Haha, he sucks.
I think I met him, too, Cynicat! Only he told ME that yes, he probably had to eat almost the whole pan to react that way, plus, it would have to be, um, I think he said, “hydro”, and a lot of it. Yup, that’s what he said!
