So this is a photo taken of Jennifer Hudson a few days ago. I like her, but her haircut is horrible and there is no way she can sit in that dress. I think we can all agree, also, that Jennifer is not a small-framed girl. She’s got herself some heft. Which is why I cannot understand why she would be ok with THIS as an album cover.
I mean, seriously. Who does she think she’s fooling? This album cover makes her look like she borrowed her outfit from Victoria Beckham. Apparently the album cover people are insisting that the photo hasn’t been retouched in any way, and to that I say, “Um…album cover people, I am not sure if you were aware that much of the population to whom you’re showing this album cover have the gift of SIGHT.”
We’re talking about this on another forum I frequent, and since I’m lazy, I’m gonna c&p what I said over there.
I don’t think this is all that much airbrushing. (Cuz EVERY pic has some) I think it’s a combination of lighting, the twist of her body, the clothing (especially that belt) the talent of her photographer, and the fact that the pic stops just at her hips.
When I was modeling, I learned lots of tricks (cheats) to make oneself look smaller to the lens. I really think that’s all that’s done here. She posed exactly how her photog wanted her to, in order to get the perfect shot. Plus, there were no doubt hundreds of shots to choose from. And let’s face it, ladies. If you had a pic that OMG I Look So Thin In That One!!!… you wouldn’t choose it?
Sure, she’s airbrushed a bit - everyone is nowadays. But I don’t think airbrushing is to blame for her figure. Her boobs are still verra healthy…
Yo, why bother with so many cheats when it’s MUCH easier to just shoot her in whatever-her-size-is and then say, simply apply Photoshop’s liquify filter tuggin’ any chubby curves away?

I agree there is no way she will ever sit in that first dress. I think she might pop a seam. As far as the second dress, she looks VERY Victoria Beckhamish. Huge up top with a tiny waist.
Maybe she hooked up with Dr. Rey and is using his Slim n Lift?
