In response to the post about the super claustrophobic chinese pool, an alert and astute mockdoker sent me this video. Even though I would never ever ever want to be in a pool this crowded, I TOTALLY want to find a wave pool. This looks like the funnest thing ever!

This gives new meaning to doing “the wave.”
Wave pools are tons of fun, but this just looks crazy to me. You’d never know if someone drowned in there until the pool closed and everybody got out. I pity the lifeguards (if they have them). I’d think they would have to walk on swimmers’ heads to get to someone in trouble!
Imagine the quantity of kid pee that is in there…
Don’t they have enough earthquakes in that part of the world? You would think this would hold no great thrill for them!
