I just read in a magazine that Mia Michaels, choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance, and pictured above, is FORTY TWO YEARS OLD.
This is alarming to me. Forty two is within a pretty good shooting distance of my age. Forty alone is within point blank range. And I know I have a warped sense of my own maturity level, but you guys, I seriously have long thought that Mia Michaels could be my mom. I mean, not LITERALLY - because I don’t question who my actual mom is, but I have always thought she sort of belonged in the same age group as my mom. And now my world is totally ROCKED because she is just a few years older THAN I AM.
Is this what forty two year olds look like for real? Or is she just really really haggard?
If it makes you feel any better, she looks to me like she’s at least in her fifties. I’m being completely serious–so either you’re right in your thinking, or people like us have been totally thrown off on our estimations due to things like botox injections and plastic surgeries. Nobody can look their age anymore.
I think she looks about normal for 52. It’s hard to believe that less than 3 years ago she was in her 30’s
What magazine did you read it in? I knew how old she was and i don’t think she looks like she is in her 50s. I think that is stretching it!
Dancers lie about their age bigtime
Not only do dancers lie but Hollywood cannot do math. Seriously, have you been on the imbd website. It gives the age/birthday/death of people in the industry and when I pull up a calculator my figures are always higher. So I wouldn’t worry too much it is either a big lie or faulty math.
I think Mia is one hot looking chick. She is smart, careing, patient, and has a beautiful face. I don’t know about the rest of her because she wears such baggy clothes.
