When I first saw him (my cousin showed him to me around the time of the "Leave Britney Alone" video), I could tell he was a man, though. Now it would be much harder. He does have a manish voice, though. It's like when people try to talk to kids and they don't really know what to do, so they get their voices all high and stuff.
