Coupla things going on here that need to stop.
First, at no time should one’s belly button protrude more than one’s nipular area. That is just not ok.
Second, at no time should a woman’s crotchular area protrude more than her nipular area. Katie may want to consider NOT wearing Tom Cruise’s jeans, in order to prevent this type of crotchular bunching. It looks like there could seriously be a penis in there.
Was Katie always this thin or did she recently lose weight?? Maybe I am not used to seeing her in short sleeves and showing a lot of ribby chest cage.
Maybe she has a belly button piercing? Of course, that does not dismiss those jeans.
I think she has steadily lost weight since becoming Robobride. She used to be a cute girl. Now…well, it’s disturbing that she’s trying to look like a boy for her husband. SCARY and DISTURBING!
She needs to eat a Subway or 2. Don’t forget the sauce.
She’s SO influenced by Tom she’ll probably be getting chest hair & beard next… the bulge is just to start getting us used to it…

I’ve always thought she was a beard (as were the other two Mrs. Cruises). Since Scientology believes that everything can be cured/fixed with the right vitamins, maybe they’ve figured out a vitamin plan that prompts the growth of the anatomical parts I suspect Tom prefers. After all, RoboKatie has fulfilled her primary purpose: she bore Tom’s Scientolochild, thus “proving” that Tom isn’t gay (’cause we all know that gay guys *can’t* have kids, riiiiight?). Now that she has achieved her prime directive, Tom is now free to outfit her with whatever bits he finds most entertaining.

Maybe that belly area is sticking out like that because she’s pregnant? Her knobby chest, though, is something NOT to be desired.
