When you push it down into the can, it makes a variety of farting noises. It's hilarious! Its sole purpose it make farts. It feels very wet and cold on your hands, and you feel like you are getting this stuff all over your hands, but then you look down, and VOILA! There's not a speck of stuff on them. They had something similar to this back in the days of yore, and I think it was green and called "Slime". But Flarp comes in different colors and is SCENTED,to boot! Flarp is not the same as Floam.
