Funny…..I guess he has to do something while 5th wife Tova is in PA peddling jewelry and perfume on QVC. I met him once when I worked on Capital Hill and he was the same as on this clip….goofy but friendly….much better than being a pompous kook like many of todays stars.

We were out at Ricks Boatyard on the deck and Ernie was entertaining some folks during one of the 500 weekends. They got up to leave and he saw were were staring at him and he came over and sat down with us for about 5 minutes telling jokes, hitting on our wives…of course I had to tell him he was the greatest for doing a guest voice on the Simpsons.
I think he also does the voice of Mermaid Man on Spongebob! He does seem like a h*ll of a fun old dude!
