This is what much of the pathological underbelly of society is like. Catch them red-handed, show them photos and video -- it matters not. They will stoutly deny that they did anything wrong. In the meantime, his even sleazier lawyer claims that since Blago wasn't able to carry out his nefarious plans, he is therefore not guilty of anything. There's a winning argument. If I were his lawyer I'd salvage whatever was left of my professional ethics and unload this guy. That man has Important Hair.
