According to this, the father in this case is 13 year old Alfie, and the mother is 15 year old Chantelle.
If you can even believe it, he’s not the youngest dad ever recorded in Britain. Some 12 year old had that honor.
LOOK at this couple. That girl clearly took advantage of him. She’s practically TWICE HIS SIZE for crying out loud.
I think they exaggerated his age so make the story less creepy – that kid is clearly only 7 years old.

One of my students is 15 1/2 years old. Her child is 5 1/2 years old. Yes, she became pregnant at NINE YEARS OF AGE! (not incest or rape)

The conversation between the boy’s parents when they found out is the one that I’d like to hear. Maybe something like this: (read with British accent) [Dad] “The wee boy is shaggin a-ready? Bloody amazin, that is”. [Mom] “And bloody awful when we’ve got to change diapers whilst lil Alfie’s a learnin to ride his two wheeler”.
Now all the kids will be doing it.
This isn’t mockable – it’s revolting. He really doesn’t look like he has the physical maturity to father a child.
When I first saw the picture, I thought she was the mother of both of them. She looks a little older than 15 and looks to be about the ripe old age of 6 or 7. That’s a darn shame and I hope that baby turns out ok.

The parents must all be idiots to let these kids keep that baby. The boy looks so scared! I am sure there is some nice British couple that would adopt her.

The accompanying article quoted the boy as saying something to the effect of “I’ll be good.” It just went straight to my heart — this poor little boy has no idea what awaits him. The girl’s just a predator as far as I’m concerned — I was 15 once, too, and there’s no way I would have been attracted to someone who looked like such a child. His voice hasn’t even changed!

I agree this child would readily be adopted by a couple longing for a baby. Neither of these kids are fit to be parents and it doesn’t sound like their parents are either. Beautiful baby! As a pro lifer I hate abortion, but adoption can be AWESOME!

Shannon — that’s already happening, in a sense, in Europe. I don’t mean that the people emigrating to Europe and having children are less intelligent; just that they’re not European. The various cultures of Europe are in danger of disappearing because the native Europeans haven’t been having children. It’s also going to continue to negatively affect their economy. When my mom and I went to Italy, in 2000, at one point my mother said, “Where are the children?” It was then that I realized that thre didn’t seem to be many around. We finally saw a pair of kids, dressed up in costume for Carnaval. It was very strange.
Shannon – I fear for that exact same thing all the time! It’s why I’m constantly saying that I want nice, normal people to have lots of kids, to outweigh all the losers who keep having them in mass quantities. I’m going to look into that Idiocracy movie for sure!
Shannon: Current demographic data suggests that the population will become so stupid that within ten years, the government will have to pass an annual “Stimulus Package” in order to keep the baby mamas and their children, (not to mention the prison population) fed and housed.

Mock, Idiocracy is a guilty pleasure of mine. At first glance it may appear to be a ridiculously stupid movie, but it is really a dark, ironic comedy filled with quotable gems. It’s by Mike Judge, the guy who did Office Space (love it!), and the humor is somewhat similar.
