You guys, I got the sweetest email this afternoon from an alert and astute mockdocker. It’s so sweet, that I’m sharing it all with you in its entirety:

I really enjoy my Mock Dock mug & feel like I should buy more stuff from your online store to support the web site. I probably will soon. I just wish that you got more than one trillionth of a cent. It’s very easy to set up a PayPal donations button on you web site, if you are interested. Log into your PayPal account, click on the “Merchant” tab, click “create button”, choose “Donate”. I’d gladly contribute & I’m sure others would too. Thanks for the fantastic web site!”
Doesn’t that just make you want to cry? Because I totally welled. I mean, the thought of someone wanting to donate money just so I can continue to mock? Are you kidding me? PRECIOUS.
So you know what I did? I added a Donate button!! Do you see it? It’s right under that long banner of sponsored linkydinks on the right hand side of the page. And so if you hate everything in my store and hate my ads but you still want to support The Mock Dock – well, now you can! Even if it’s only like two cents!! Because two cents donated by 50 people will make me a WHOLE DOLLAR, you guys. And that is awesome. 
You know what…I am going to donate 41 dollars in a little under a year from now.
Fantastic! soon i will donate not in budget right now but soooooon.

Mock-do you get your trillionth of a dollar if we just click on an add, or do we have to actually click & buy from the ads? Because if it is just clicking on them and immediately closing them again, I’ll click all day long for you!!

If you get paid per click…I have an idea…on Sunday the 5th, lets all have a click-a-thon. All mockdockers, log on to the site, and click the ads like crazy. Lets see if we can raise enough money to finance a box of chocolates or something.

so you only get .00002 cents per person per day so if i clicked on 12 youd only get paid for 1?
I am trying to give money but the paypal button is not working for me. The page or form is not opening.
How cute are you???? I just tried the button and it opened for me. So I’m not sure what’s going on? I’m so NOT technical.
I guess if you have a paypal account you could just log into it and send money to the paypal email which is mockarena@themockdock.com? I’m not sure. But I’m just happy that you were even THINKING about donating.

YAY!!! I just donated $3.71 just to see if it works, and guess what, it sucked up my spare change lickety-split! ( I like to say likety-split!) I should have donated on C.O.T.R. though. You need more guy selections in your store, and then I might buy some sweet product. Keep up the good work Mock!

I accidentally refunded your $3.71 because I got some crazy message from paypal saying I needed to upgrade my account in order to accept it, and because I’m a total loser about technical stuff I panicked and just refunded you.
