How Precious Is This?

SP32-20090713-195830

See that teeny tiny person in the red shorts in the window?  That is Mini-Mock, from Mr. Mock’s vantage point when he went to pick him up from pre-school today.  He peeked into the window of the door to Mini’s class, and saw (and heard) Mini-Mock standing up in front of the whole class leading them in the Peanut Butter Jelly song.

I don’t know about you guys, but that is FREAKING ADORABLE to me.  Right after Mini finished up his little song, he sat down Indian-style, and caught a glimpse of Mr. Mock in the window and ran to him shouting, “DADDY!!!” all excited-like.  So cute.

Now, there might be some of you who are all annoyed that I’m being one of THOSE moms who brags about the littlest and seemingly most insignificant things that her kid does, but the beauty of that is that this is my blog, so I get to brag as much as I want.  :)   In fact, I would also like to inform you that Mini-Mock’s new favorite thing to do is run to the potty, finish up in the potty, and scream across the house to us at the top of his lungs, “WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPE MYYYYYYYYYYY BUUUUUUUUTT!!!”

These are the days of our lives.

P.S. Don't forget! County/State Fair photo contest going on RIGHT NOW! See here for details: FAIR CONTEST!

Indian style, love that. Now adays though, they teach the kids it is called “Pretzel Legs.”

I can almost hear the sing-song voice now, while he screams that from across the house.
My baby brother used to do the same thing… but this was 10 years ago. LOL

I really enjoy hearing about your children. I must confess that I don’t know the peanut butter and jelly song. Someone please enlighten me!

Oh, I remember those “WIPE MY BUTT” days as we went through the potty training, and new potty using phase with our 5 kids.
It’s such a routine thing, using the potty, but when they are learning to do it themselves it seems like you have the “smartest kid in the world” sometimes. :-)

Why is it that they always seemed to have the ability to scream/holler/broadcast that particular “request” when either; a)company was at the door, b)when I was on the phone or c)*I* was on the potty! LOL
