Hey – remember how yesterday I told you I helped Mr. Mock with yardwork by powerwashing the front walk?
Today, my left thumb, the one that held down the “on” button on the power washer, is totally sore. How pathetic is that? I wasn’t even aware that I had muscles to work OUT in my thumb, but apparently I do.
Any idea how many calories I may have burned by working my thumb out so strenuously?
