I could almost understand the body type if she were even slightly overweight. It’s like all her weight accumulates in her hips/thighs. But everywhere else she’s totally thin and sculpted. That’s just weird that she’d have such a small body and such huge saddlebags.

I cannot believe no one has said anything about how huge her lips are! Or for that matter how big her head looks. Or maybe her neck is too small? There’s just a whole lotta wrong with her body.
Same effect as a balloon. Squeeze one end and the other grows. If she takes off the belt her boobs get huge and her hips go normal. Squeeze the boobs again the hips grow out.
