You can tell he’s reading from a prompter or a poster board, because he’s not looking at the camera when speaking. He looks below it, and doesn’t really seem to try to hide the fact that he’s reading.
It’s probably because his popularity has sunk and so to generate publicity, he’s released this video.
I have never heard him talk. I think he needs speech lessons. I couldn’t watch it, just another douchbag saying (reading)what the PR people tell him.
