You guys know I love musicals. Why has no one informed me about this movie?
It cracks me up how positively GIDDY the host guy is about Kate Hudson’s voice. I mean, I appreciate enthusiasm, but there’s enthusiasm, and then there’s squealy effeminate enthusiasm, which should generally be reserved for women or gay dudes.
Wait. Is that host guy gay? Anyone? Where’s my resident rainbow expert?
I hate myself for knowing this, but he is married to a former Miss America. I hate ET (entertainment tonight and the movie ET) but I do remember that they are married and have kids.
I have a love/hate relationship with this movie. I HATE Fergie, who is in it, and I have a feeling it’s going to be sort of annoying. However, I have seen the previews at every movie I have gone to for the last 9 months, and Daniel Day Lewis is way too dreamy in the trailer. No creepy mustache, weird deformities, or anything else that he does to look gross in every movie since 1986. Just dreamy Daniel in a black suit with awesome hair. I am so there.
I’m more than a little surprised at her singing chops. Wow. I think I want to see this. And I’m not much into musicals. Unless it’s Glee. (Which totally got me all bubbly-eyed this past week with Sue’s sister…)
