Madonna Is Beginning To Resemble Her Actual Age

Despite obvious surgical attempts to look otherwise, Madonna is looking 50ish. There’s pretty much no getting around it anymore.  She’s got that tell-tale look of puffiness that you get when you go batcrap crazy over collagen and botox and other fillers.   Plus, the horrid Cruella de Ville coat isn’t helping matters any.

I don’t know if I’ve ever told you about my eye problem (how’s that for a fluid transition to a new topic?)  But you’ll see how it connects in a second.  I have these super super duper low eyebrows.  They are so low, that my eyelashes nearly touch them.  And the outside corners sort of turn down, like eyebrows do, but mine do it even more than normal, and what’s sloooooowly starting to happen is that I’m losing peripheral vision.  It’s kind of inevitable that I’ll need to get that fixed at some point – maybe 5-10 years from now.  And apparently the only way to do that is with an eyebrow lift, which gives me the heebies.  But it’s either heebies and full range of sight, or no heebies and side blindness.  So you see my dilemma.

Anyway, I tell you all that because I want you to be prepared for the day that I tell you I need an eyebrow lift, so that you don’t go all judgmental on me and assume I’m only doing it because I want to look like Madonna or something.  I’m going to do it so I can, you know, continue to SEE and stuff.

BUT, if I EVER EVER EVER suggest to you that I want any kind of filler or crap in my face that’s purely cosmetic, I want you to stop me.  Aging kind of sucks, and wrinkles suck, but I don’t want to turn into one of those women who LOOKS like they’ve had botox or filler or other crap injected into their face.  That is the WORST.

I truly love the picture at the bottom it’s too cute!

Madonna really needs to give it a rest. Perhaps this is her attempt? She’s gonna look like Joan and Melissa soon if she doesn’t stop and that’s just sad. No one should ever look that bad ever.

Don’t worry, Mock, I think one day I’ll have to get an eyebrow lift when I’m older too. I fear my eyelids will complicate my ability to see head on–not just the peripheral.

mock, my cousin had to have this procedure done.
her eye lashes were curling and growing into her eyelids.
she does not regret having this done one bit.
    you will be glad too!

I know a few people that had brow lifts, and they were very happy with the results. Just don’t go to Kanye’s mom’s doc!!

Both my parents had their eyelids done because of drooping/hanging into the eyeball…I don’t know that mine is inevitable. But you need to be able to see peripherally. Shop around and find the best surgeon you can afford. My dad looked so different after his, but it helped so much too!

There’s a really great surgeon, here in Bloomington. He’ll be doing my Grandmother’s eyes… an Optometrist in the area suggested him to her.
Dr. Chang, I think is his name.

Madonna is, however, considered to have the perfect face of plastic surgery ( http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1041811/Madonna-named-ultimate-face–finally-admit-surgery.html ). I see that it’s starting to age on her, and it shows her age, but it’s good for what it is. Still, she’s actually able to show facial expression, for one, and she doesn’t look like she’s sucking on lemons all the time.

Looking her age is OK. As long as she doesn’t start looking her actual I.Q. . . .

My mother will one day (maybe soon-ish, maybe later-ish, depends on her patience level) need to get this same procedure done on her eyebrows for the same problem. In looking in the mirror lately, I notice that this nut (me) didn’t fall far from the tree in that aspect. I keep slathering on eye cream, which seems to help temporarily, but eventually gravity and lack of elasticity will win over. We’ll see who wins down the road–me or gravity.

It’s great to read something that’s both enjoyable and provides pragmasitdc solutions.
