Sounds to me like a pansyassed soft palmed lawyer who stomped his foot and cried out loud when he realized he lost his coat, which was probably a $99 Wilsons special, and of course it HAD to be someone else’s fault, right? Of COURSE it is. It’s the restaurant/food court employee’s fault for not following this pansy around making sure he didn’t forget anything. I, too, would be mad at myself if I lost something at the airport but I would NOT blame someone else. But then again I’m not a pansy.

He is owed the proper level of duty to invitees, but where most would say, “What an IDIOT I was for leaving my cell phone/coat/briefcase! And how unlucky that a kindly attorney didn’t find it!” he’s fighting with a pending law suit – though frankly, he probably can well afford another jacket and should just write that jacket off – must be karma, my friend.

Yes, he is ready to deploy his laws suit after a 10 day grace period – in his letter to the three authorities with jurisdiction, he even included a jab at the pizza waitress, of whom he could testify that he remembers due to how badly she treated him. Boo hoo.

After the 10 days, if he doesn’t have his $800, “the amount will continue to increase according to the court costs, attorneys fees, investigation, expert witnesses and other damages available by law.”

Nasty minimum wage food court help – purloined unattended $800 coats. “Ruthie, take a memo: MUST SUE EVERY DEEP POCKET ENTITY INVOLVED AND SAVE…THE…WORLD!”
