According to this, Jesse James has come out with a public apology to Sandra Bullock and his kids. Here’s the full quote:
“The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment. There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way. This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”
The “vast majority” of the allegations are untrue, he says. But given that he’s apologizing like this, it’s pretty much a foregone conclusion that the MAIN allegation, that he freaking slept with a tatted-out skank, is true.
You know what? I think this just goes to show you that if you marry a guy who used to be married to a porn star, you’re probably just asking for trouble. That said, I am so sad for Sandra. She totally adopted his kids, fought for them in court against their psycho mom, and look how he thanks her. Jerk.
My heart hurts so badly for her, she deserves so much better. What and idiot he is!
Normally I don’t give a crap about this kind of stuff, but I’m really sad for her. She seems like an upstanding citizen and you could tell she was head over heels for her man. What a crap deal for her.
On the night of the Oscars, I texted my boyfriend and told him we were totally Jesse James and Sandra Bullock because he’s all thuggish and I’m all girl-next-doorish. Today I told him I take it back and he better not be Jesse James! (And then I threatened his life if he cheats.)

What I don’t know or understand is why anyone is surprised by this.
Whether or not Sandra Bullock is a true lady, that is certainly the way she behaves when anyone is looking. It’s easy to believe that she really is that classy. And that makes him a grade A butt wart! She simply deserves better….Just sayin’.
Going somewhat farther than burning eyeballs above, what I don’t understand is why anyone’s infidelity surprises anyone. It’s been going on forever, since times immemorial.
Most people are not monogamous by choice all the time, not if given an opportunity. *(There was a headline somewhere yesterday about sexual attraction lasting two years, though I didn’t read it.)
I’m not, as it happens, speaking from direct experience. Still, it seems to me we all need to grow up, in that respect.
What’s troubling is the swooning “she takes my breathe away!” comment, and the next day the walls come tumbling down.
How sad for all involved to have it happen under such scrutiny. What did he (Tiger, et al) think, no-one would ever know?
Perhaps old hollywood WAS much better with the secretive publicity machine shielding us from the dirty truth. Politicians and stars certainly “seemed” much better for it.

It isn’t the duration of attraction that counts, but the duration of one’s ability to live up to their commitments. If you get married, you DECIDE to love and honor each other and PROMISE to do so forever—regardless of how you FEEL. Either you have integrity and honor your vows, or you don’t. You can’t blame “attraction” (or lack of attraction) or “opportunity” on your decision to screw over your spouse and kids. He clearly doesn’t have the same ability to keep his promises that his wife does.
