I don’t know if you guys all saw the video footage of Lindsay being read her sentence yesterday, but if you missed it, it basically looked like this. There was a lot of Lindsay crying and looking at her lawyer with this pleading, desperate look on her face, and her lawyer totally ignoring her and writing a lot of stuff on a piece of paper. It was hilarious.
And apparently, as of today, her lawyer is no longer representing her. I said to Mr. Mock yesterday when we saw this whole thing unfold on the news, “Ooo. Her lawyer is so fired.” But I’m not sure she was fired. I’m inclined to now think that she finally realized her client is a wackjob, and she wanted out.
Either way though, Lindsay Lohan is lawyerless.

I mean, like, all I did was like drink & drive a couple of times, look wasted, spill somebody else’s booze all over my alcohol monitor bracelet (soo unfashionable!). And the message “F$#& U” on my very fashionable fingernail didn’t like mean anything! Like, I didn’t even know what it meant. I just thought it like looked really cool.”
Well Lindsey. while in prison, you can hold your head up and look forward to being released or you can keep your face buried in the bushes. Either way I don’t see you facing anything you can’t lick. I know the experience will probably leave a bad taste in your mouth but hey, I’m sure there’s been bad tasting things there before. People thought you were a bitch before but now you gonna be big Bertha’s bitch. Look at the bright side. Your surrounded by bars. How cool is that?
That (original picture)is one of the most pitiful pictures shown….sad. Not that she doesn’t deserve jail time….I would have been in jail on the first offense. Maybe she will get herself together in jail. She will be away from her parents which is a good thing.

Waaaaa! I get so sick of celebrities (and politicians) getting away with stuff that would land a pion like myself in prison. Boo Hoo, you have to go to jail for probably 10 days (max)…that isn’t even enough time for all the booze and prescription drugs to completely purge from her system. Since the court already chose to ignore the positive alcohol reading on her SCRAM monitor, I don’t see them keeping her in jail for the full amount of time. She’ll be like Paris Hilton. Act ‘reformed’ for a while to make some more money off the press, then go right back into being a drunken skank. Ugh.

Back to Lindsey. I doubt very much that this will help her sober up. Let’s look at what she’s said so far: She’s posted somewhere, a critique about Federal sentencing (never mind that her crime is on the state level); she’s posted that she’s not going to jail; she has even posted that this sentencing is a violation of her human rights, as defined in the anti-torture and abuse clause of the UN (Not that I particularly care what the UN has to say).
This stupid skank is actually comparing her 90-day sentence in a legitimate, US-run jail with torture? With abuse? Abuse like being repeatedly raped? Like, oh, I don’t know, having people carve messages into your skin? Like daily beatings? Starving? Not being allowed to go to the restroom? Who does this little rat think she is?
I think this is why her lawyer quit. Lohan probably told all this to her, her lawyer tried to remonstrate, to tell her that she needs to sober up, saw she was getting nowhere, and quit. When your client won’t listen to your advice, it’s time to find another client. I bet her lawyer was appalled at Lohan’s initial posting, told her to stop, the little skank said no … and buh-bye.
I keep trying to locate a crumb of pity in the recesses of my mind for this spoiled little brat – her horrible upbringing wasn’t her fault – but after a while, one must take control of one’s own destiny, especially when you have all the resources available to you.
I wonder what Robt Downey Jr has to say about it, since he came back from the brink? Though he certainly never pitched such ridiculous temper tantrums or grand-standed – painting her nails with obscenities like an 11 year old – sad.
