What does this even MEAN? I mean, this waaaay beyond just having crappy extensions. I have stared at this for 5 straight minutes and have NO IDEA what’s going on with her scalp.

Its a case of she was born with curly hair. Shaving her head bald made it worse. Straight extensions make it look crappier
Why do I have the feeling that when walking around Hollywood/LA we get the opportunity to see celebrity freaks as they exist in nature… Scary.
Just a guess – she’s ruined her hair with too much dye and extentions. She probably needs to take them out and just let her hair breathe on its own for a while. But – she should probably also employ a brush, shampoo and a good leave in conditioner.
I am more disturbed by why she would leave the house like that? Is she off her meds and going nutty again? If her hair really couldn’t look any better (doubtful) she could at least wear a nice hat!
I think she’s just in need of help again. Sadly. Of course, maybe she’s walking to a salon or something – we don’t know where this was taken right?

It looks like she’s all sweaty, and the extensions were put in poorly. I don’t know why she doesn’t just go without them. Her own hair should be long enough by now to have a cute style.
I had a dog, and this picture reminded me of her. Of course, she was a pekingese with a skin condition. I forget what it was called, but she had these weird dry patches. The skin turned grey — looked a lot like a weird, flat pumice stone. When the hair started growing back, I swear it looked just like this. Even the color was similar!
After reading Bob’s comment, I went back and looked at the pic again and laughed out loud. What the crap IS going on with her hair?
maybe someone put super glue in her hair while she was asleep!

actually, when my daughter was in h.s, she had a friend with really long black hair, she put superglue in it, “to see what it would look like”. (h.s, what are you gonna do?) it looked a lot like this.
