An alert and astute mockdocker sent me this video, and I have to say that this cat has waaaaaay more patience than I do. If I were a cat, and I were trying to nap and this stupid jerk of a bird kept cooing at and tapping me, then that bird and I would THROW DOWN, and I would win, because cats always beat birds, and then I would eat that bird, and then I would take a really extra long nap.
I totally agree, the bird is indeed a jerk. While I found the cat to be cute, gentle and sweet, I also think he is a wuss. Take that paw and smack that bird clear across the room. Then eat it for lunch.
Anyone have the feeling the dove was confused and was doing a mating dance?

It wasn’t just the bird interupting the feline’s nap–that was the loudest household I’ve heard in ages!! The tv in the background, the kid (or whoever) annoyingly laughing, the dove cooing- good Lawd!
My cat would of made short work of that bird just because he could regardless of the nap. Someone needs to tell that bird there is a fine line between bravery and stupidity.
