Kanye West, who I HATE, just got arrested!!! Apparently he got into a spat with a paparazzo and busted his big ole fancy camera. So it’s like a vandalism charge - not a HUGE deal, but an arrest nonetheless. I can’t WAIT to see his blog after this is all over. Perhaps he and Spike Lee can make a movie about the whole ordeal.
Amy Winehouse elbowed and then punched someone in the crowd while she performed this past weekend in the UK. And what’s totally awesome is that someone got it on video and then super slo-mo’d it and put it on repeat play. LOVE.
She’s on the verge of death and totally crazy and all, but I have to give her snaps for calling Kanye West the c-word, which she also did during this performance. At least she has SOME sense.

Kanye. I do NOT get what all the fuss is about. I’ve heard a few of his songs, and they seem to consist of him saying “uh” a lot, and that’s about it. Plus, he’s an egotistical jerk.
Apparently though, he puts on quite a live show, and uses all sorts of lighting and fire and other sorts of tricks - my guess is that’s to hide the fact that he actually doesn’t possess all that much talent. Just a guess though. Anyway, he was recently supposed to perform at Bonnaroo, and he was all sorts of late, and the crowd was super mad at him and threw stuff on stage and everything. So what did he do? He went on a total RANT about it on his website. Here’s just the first bit:
“I am sick of negative people who just sit around trying 2 plot my downfall… Why???? I understand if people don’t like me because I like me or if people think tight clothes look gay or people say I run my mouth to much, But this Bonnaroo thing is the worst insult I’ve ever had in my life. This is the most offended I’ve ever been… this is the maddest I ever will be.”

This is Kanye West, and his now ex-fiance (whose name I couldn’t be less interested in looking up). Anyway, the big news is that they have apparently split. This is ostensibly because Kanye’s tour is just so incredibly time-consuming. But I think it’s painfully obvious that the real reason is due to the fact that there is no possible way Kanye could ever love anyone as much as he loves Kanye. In fact, I question whether or not anyone can love ANYONE as much as Kanye loves Kanye. His self-love seems to know no bounds.
