Normally, I would be blogging all about American Idol tonight, which was RUDELY POSTPONED by President O’Prompter yesterday. But I’ve got to TIVO it, because I’m going to see BB King tonight. So instead of hoping that maybe I’ll see a couple of really good musicians on American Idol, I am guaranteed to see musical awesomeness between 7.30 and 9.30 this evening. So excited.
Unfortunately, this means that posting will be light to non-existent this evening. But I will make it up to you on Thursday. Promise.
I hate that English isn’t the official language of this country. You know what else I hate? I hate that you can be a complete moron and still vote. I know that those things don’t necessarily have anything to do with each other. I’m simply telling you two things I hate.
I kind of think you should have to take a short quiz, IN ENGLISH, to be able to vote for the POTUS. And I think the questions should be really basic, like “Name the current President and VP” and “How many states are there in the US” and some other just basic foundational stuff that every person voting should know. AT A MINIMUM.
